Big Head Joe guarantees we can create a headpiece you’ll love or you will be refunded 100% of your money. If we can’t create it to your satisfaction, you don’t pay. It’s that simple.

Process

  • Step 1. An order is placed for your headpieces, with the understanding that there is a 100% Money-Back Satisfaction Guarantee*. If we can’t design a prototype that you approve, all monies will be refunded 100%.

  • Step 2. Once your order is placed, our design team goes to work and you are sent a pdf proof for your preliminary approval.

  • Step 3. Any necessary revisions will be made until the preliminary prototype is approved via pdf. Upon approval of the pdf proof, a full-sized mockup/prototype will be sent by mail to you for final approval.

  • Step 4. You are sent an approval sign-off form for approval of full-sized proof.

  • Step 5. Upon receipt of your signed approval, we then send your project to print.

  • Step 6. Your headpieces are shipped to you upon completion of printing.

Timeline

Normal turn-around is 3-4 weeks for design, production and delivery of headwear. Extra
time may be needed during peak seasons.

A full-size mock-up will be sent to the client for approval before any headpieces are produced. If for any reason we are unable to produce a prototype that meets your approval, all monies paid will be refunded. Once the prototype is approved, no refunds will be made.
